Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Client Agreement
First, contact us to read and sign a Client Staffing Agreement.
Step 2: Submit a Request
- Once we have a signed Client Agreement on file, simply fill out the Request for Personnel form each time you want to fill a placement with BiblioTemps® and email it back to us.
- We will follow up with questions and an estimate for when you should receive your first progress update.
Placements typically take 2-3 weeks to fill. If you decide to cancel your request at any point during the hiring process, there are no penalties. However, we ask that you notify us as soon as you have made that decision.
Step 3: Selection
We will recruit, interview, and check references for all candidates. After our screening process is complete, we will send you resumes to review.
Step 4: Interview
After you have reviewed candidate resumes, let us know if you would like to conduct interviews and we will coordinate the scheduling.
Step 5: Hire
You make the final hiring decision. We will extend the offer to the candidate and coordinate the final details.
